Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc. became incorporated on March 8, 2012, in the State of Oklahoma. JMS is fully bonded, licensed, and insured.
Boiler Repairs, Installation and Maintenance Programs
Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc. purchased Jackson Boiler & Tank Co. on April 11, 2012. Jackson Boiler & Tank Co was founded in 1957 by Kenneth Jackson. It primarily operates in the Oklahoma City metro servicing, repairing, and installing boilers and heating and chilled water systems for commercial customers. JMS also has branches in Tulsa and Ponca City and services customers throughout the entire state of Oklahoma. Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc. has expanded its service and mechanical abilities to a full Chiller / HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Boiler service company and provides customers with a single point service company. Currently, JMS has more than 60 techs in the field who provide the following services:

Senior Management of Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc.
Scott Fuksa – President for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors
Scott joined the Jackson team in 2013 as our Field Foreman and was promoted to president in 2023. He is responsible for growing Jackson Streets MEP Contractors, as well as company performance. Scott brings to the team more than 20+ years of technical knowledge in the industry and is OSHA trained and certified.
John Birdsong – Vice-President for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors, Inc.
John has more than 20 years of HVAC experience in the trade. He joined Jackson Streets MEP Contractors in the summer of 2016. He has a wealth of knowledge on all brands of HVAC systems, including all types of package systems, heat pumps, piping, and controls. John manages the day-to-day operations for all Jackson offices.
Travis Fuksa – Tulsa Branch Manager for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors, Inc.
Travis joined the Jackson team in the winter of 2018 and brings with him 20+ years in the HVAC industry. He oversees day-to-day operations for the Tulsa region.
Austin Jameson – Service Manager for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc.
Austin joined the Jackson team in 2016 with 13 years of field service experience. Austin has attended multiple factory training courses on boilers, chillers, and VRF systems. He oversees all service technicians and service projects for the OKC branch.
Greg Manhalter – Tulsa Service Manager for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc.
Greg has more than 38 years of experience in the HVAC trade. Greg joined the Jackson team in 2014 as the scheduling and dispatching manager. Previously, he worked for the YORK manufacturing plant in Norman, Okla. as a technical support person for national accounts, helping contractors all over the country troubleshoot problems with equipment. Before transferring to the YORK plant, Greg worked in the field as a YORK technician responsible for installation and control integration between YORK chillers and building controls. Greg also has more than 20 years of experience with large chiller and boiler plants. He was the lead technician for such companies as Sears and Wiggins Properties.
Kelli Mussett – Vice President of Finance for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Service Inc.
Kelli joined the Jackson Streets MEP Contractors team in 2017. With more than 20+ years of experience in dispatch, bookkeeping, accounting, invoicing of service business documents, budgeting, and financial statement preparation and reporting.
Erin Beatty – Office Manager for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors, Inc.
Erin joined the Jackson team in 2018 as our supporting office staff. She comes to Jackson with more than 10+ years of experience in the banking and higher education financial departments.
Daniel Mason – Service Sales for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc.
Daniel joined the Jackson team in 2019 as one of our service sales executives. He handles projects and service sales for the company as well as follow-up with customers after the sale and maintenance contract performance. Daniel brings to the team more than 8+ years of equipment knowledge and project estimating.
Andy Burris – Project Manager for Jackson Streets MEP Contractors Inc.
Andy joined the Jackson team in 2021 as one of our pipefitter foremen. He was promoted in 2023 to project superintendent and again to project manager. He manages our design, build, plan and specifications projects and also installations of our rental equipment fleet. Andy brings to the team more than 18+ years of field knowledge.
